DumbList.com Terms & Conditions
Folks, we will be short and precise.
DumbList.com provides a disservice to people and gets paid for it. Put another way, the only service we provide to those who pay us is to give them a hearty curse. We will also put up their profile, and the curse we gave them. These are the only two things you can expect from paying whatever money you pay DumbList.com.
You have to pay us only once for one curse. For two curses, you of course pay us twice. DumbList.com plans to have this web site up until end of 2010, but no guarantees please. Until the day we run DumbList.com, your profile will be up on the site, that is all we guarantee.
The money you pay cannot be returned, sorry about it, we would have anyway spent it on something by the time you ask us, so even if we wish to pay you back, we cannot.
DumbList.com cannot guarantee that it can make any changes in your profile at a later date. Put another way, you give us your profile, get listed and forget about changing it. However, on a case to case basis, we might entertain minor changes to your content – for instance, changes in your email ID or contact details, in your web site address etc. The decision to entertain change requests are solely at the discretion of DumbList.com management.
In sum, DumbList.com is not for rational people with a serious view about life, who expect five bucks for every buck they invest. DumbList.com is an irrational site for irrational people, so do not expect any rational terms and conditions. Come to think of it, we could have simply said this alone in the very beginning and finished off this section.
